Genealogists from NEHGS and the New England Chapter of the Association of Professional Genealogists will be on-hand to help you identify resources for getting started, breaking through brick-walls, organizing, writing, and more.
Fifteen minute consultations will be held throughout the day, beginning at 9:00 am. Sign up for consultations will begin at 8 a.m. and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Digitize Your Family Records -- Free
Ancestry.com is brining professional scanning equipment for Family History Day so attendees can have their family photos and historical documents scanned.
Fifteen minute scanning sessions will be held throughout the day. Sign-ups begin at 8 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.
