The best way to report a problem with the Mass Vital Records 1841–1910 Database is to use this link to go directly to our Discussion Forums to report missing or mismatched pages and erroneous data in the database. Click "Additions and Corrections to MAV1841-1910 Database" to enter the forum then click "new topic" and place the surname that you are researching in the subject field of the message. Include a detailed description of the error in the body of the message. Please review the posts in the forum to see if the problem you are reporting has been noted all ready.

You might want to submit a Photo Copy Request Form from our Research Services Department at research@nehgs.org to see if they can find the record or image that you need; Please do not report missing images or broken links to the Research Services Department go directly to our Discussion Forums to report missing or mismatched pages and erroneous data in the database.

The scanning process for the Mass VR Project is very big and sometimes in the process of scanning all these images a few are corrupted and need to be re-scanned. A few are incorrectly labeled. We are working to ensure that all records correspond to the correct image.
