This handwritten copy of the enumerator's records for the three volumes of the 1810 Census contains the enumerations of the City of Boston wards 1-12, South Boston, Chelsea, and the Harbor Islands. Entries include the name of street, number of houses, names of heads of families, males under 10, from 10 to 16, from 16 to 26, from 26 to 45, above 45, females under 10, from 10 to 16, from 16 to 26, from 26 to 45, above 45, and "all other free persons except Indians, aggregate."
