This Index to Maine Court Records was created by the Maine State Archives. The database "indexes early cases from the York County Court of Common Pleas (1696-1760), the Kennebec County Supreme Court (1799-1854), and the Washington County District Court (1839-1846), including depositions and decisions." Reference: Internal reference codes.
Cause: Cause of action (debt, trespass, assault, etc.).
Volume & Page: Reference to the filing location.
