The records of the First and Second Churches of Milford are part of the Seymour Morris Collection, donated to NEHGS in 1932. The baptismal records of the First Church are from 1635–1760, while the records for the Second Church include baptisms and marriages from 1749–1829.

The manuscripts are kept in the R. Stanton Avery Collection at NEHGS, call number CT MIL 8.
