Massachusetts Vital Records, 1911-1915

Massachusetts Vital Records for the period 1911-1915 were transferred to the Massachusetts State Archives in 2005, making them generally available to the public.  In 2007, NEHGS began a project to digitize these records. This database will eventually contain the index and records for births, marriages and deaths recorded during that period. 

As of November, 2009, the database contains both index and record pages for 1911 - 1915 births and 1911 - 1915 marriages.

Note: The birth and marriage records from Boston in years 1914-1915 are printed on two record pages, an even-numbered "left hand" page and an odd numbered "right-hand" page.  For these records, please use the "Next Page" button to see the "right-hand" record page when viewing the record images.
