Robert Charles Anderson

Download pdf version

Birth: William Beale was probably born in England.

Death: There is no information on the time or place of his death.

Ship: Fortune, 1621

Life in England: There is no information on William Beale’s life in England.

Life in New England: William Beale arrived in Plymouth Colony in the fall of 1621. In the land division of 1623 he received one acre of land, indicating he had no family with him. His name does not appear in the division of cattle held in Plymouth Colony in May 1627, so he had either died or left the colony by that time.

Family: William Beale was joined with Thomas Cushman in the land division, so he possibly had some connection with the Cushman family.
