and Patience Brewster in the 1623 land division. Thus he may
be either a relation or servant of the Brewsters, who had come
from Leiden. His name does not appear in the division of cattle
held in Plymouth Colony in May 1627. Either he had died or
left the colony by then or, as a servant, was not included.
