Birth: Edward Fuller was baptized in Redenhall, Norfolk on
September 4, 1575. He was mentioned in his father’s will of
1614, but there is no further information about his life in
England.

Death: He died in Plymouth Colony in the winter of 1620/1.

Ship: Mayflower, 1620

Life in England: Robert and his brother Samuel Fuller have
been identified as the sons of Robert Fuller, a butcher in
Redenhall, Norfolk.

Life in Holland: Edward Fuller’s name appears in a document
in Leiden records, but there is no further information.
Life in New England: Edward Fuller came to Plymouth in
1620 with his wife and son, Samuel. He and his wife died the
first winter.

Family: Edward Fuller married _____ _____ by about 1605
and had two sons.

Children of Edward and _____ Fuller:

  • Matthew was born about 1605. He married Frances _____
    about 1630 and had five children. He came to Plymouth
    Colony before October 26, 1640, and lived first in Plymouth.
    He moved to Barnstable after 1648 where he was a physician
    and a lieutenant in the militia. He died in Barnstable in 1678.
  • Samuel was born about 1608. He married Jane Lothrop in
    Scituate on April 5, 1635, and had nine children.The family
    moved to Barnstable by August 1641. He died in Barnstable
    on October 31, 1983.
